This 5 storey, 44 unit condominium building was constructed on a constrained site which is the result of optimized design parameters. Within its bounds are accommodation for surface and underground parking, considerable landscaping and outdoor amenities for occupants to use. Key building features include balconies in all units, customizable finishes and common places including a conservatory, residences' workshop, lounge and party room. The building is designed using contemporary materials including insulated concrete forms with a composite steel joist and deck system that allowed for long spans and a more energy efficient building envelope.
