The Albert

Thorold, Ontario 

The Albert is a 4 storey mixed-use condominium building with 6 mercantile and 18 residential units. Completed in the heart of downtown Thorold in 2018, it is part of the trending downtown revitalization and replaced 4 individual smaller residential buildings. With an extremely tight site, there are little to no setbacks and parking spaces are only provided underground or on Albert Street. The building's structure is comprised of a combination of steel, concrete block masonry and hollow-core floor flabs. Exterior finishes are mainly EIFS/stucco with brick and stone masonry on the south facade.
