Completed in 2003, this 5,500 square feet addition to St. Paul High School was constructed to replace their 'temporary' cafeteria, which was housed in connected portable classroom units for the years prior. The cafeteria addition includes a new larger dining area with seating for over 300 students, with a central raised ceiling area. The flooring in this area is a cushioned multi-purpose flooring, allowing this area to be used for a number of different functions besides the primary function of dining. The cafeteria also featured a new full serve kitchen with all new equipment. This cafeteria addition came in under budget.
