St. Catharines, Ontario
St. Denis Elementary School was built in 1952 and is located in the middle of the City of St. Catharines. RAAI was engaged by the Niagara Catholic District School Board (NCDSB) to conduct office renovations and design two new entrance canopies.
The new canopies incorporate new ACM panels, new longboard siding, woodgrain soffits, and architectural concrete features. The main entrance includes a new concrete ramp, providing a barrier-free path of travel. The interior scope consisted of general renovations to the existing principal's office and existing administration office.
The overall project was completed in 2020.
