Completed in 2011, the additions and alterations to the existing Our Lady of Victory Catholic Elementary School included a new gymnasium, classrooms additions and computer labs. The program required a new library to be designed, however, due to a site constraint this feature had to be placed within the centre of the school. RAAI designed the library to penetrate the roof and add clerestory windows, which allowed filtered natural light to illuminate the space providing the school and the school board with several advantages.
