Niagara Regional Housing's (NRH) Roach Avenue is a 2 storey, 12 unit rental affordable housing building in Welland. This intensification project sought to increase the number of NRH units on Roach Avenue. There are 2 accessible units including one meeting F.A.D.S. and one of barrier free compliances. Amenities include individual heating and cooling, individual private entrances, a paved parking lot with parking space for each tenant and landscaping all around the site. All units include two bedrooms and laundry facilities. The construction was a Design-Build venture with T.R. Hinan Contractors and was completed in late 2019.
