This building provided increased student learning spaces consisting of 17 new welding booths, a carpenters shop, 4 new classrooms, and support spaces as well as a new marquee entrance as part of the Welland Campus Master Plan. This project was considered the third phase in the Agile Tech building at Niagara College.
