Located in the lower level of the Moffat Inn, this new concept design project was completed in 2017. The scope of the project consisted of a complete gut renovation and the design of a food preparation bar and counter, new seating arrangements, as well as new decor for approximately 50 persons. The project also added upgrades to electrical, HVAC, plumbing and a new exterior facade along with new improved access, a new entrance glazing system and a new kitchen. The project was well received and is frequented by tourists.
