Completed in 2009, this building was designed to integrate a medical professional building into a residential neighbourhood through the inspiration of Frank Lloyd Wright's Prairie Style. The building houses a cardiology laboratory, a dental office, a pharmacy and a restaurant. The cardiology lab includes staff offices, 3 exam rooms, and 3 echo rooms for tests. The dental office includes 6 operatories, 5 hygiene rooms, a consulting room, various support offices and a waiting area.
