St. Catharines, Ontario
This single storey building revitalization project included changes of use from an Auto-Mechanic Garage & Diner to Commerical Plaza with two dental office tenants. With 5,500 square feet of plan to renovate, the majority of the building, including the load-bearing walls and roof were demolished. By saving as much of the original structure as possible we were able to balance the cost of removing hazardous fill from the site. The exterior finishes are a combination of EIFS/Stucco, cement board siding and cultured stone masonry.
