RAAI completed a new main office and service facility for HOCO Entertainment & Resorts in 2017. The 12,234 square foot addition was added to the rear of the existing Midway and Boston Pizza on Clifton Hill. The design includes a curtain wall entrance that reflects the HOCO brand colour and allows light to filter into the administration office level.
