This addition project included virtually all the programmatic elements of a new elementary school as well as a complete electrical retrofit of the existing facility, completed in 1997. Just as important, however, by careful alterations to the existing complementing the new addition, the site was completely re-arranged to eliminate the long standing children/vehicle conflicts that had posed serious safety concerns. RAAI was able to attain this change within the prescribed budget.
