Framar International in Niagara Falls is a manufacturer that specializes in hair colouring tools. RAAI was engaged to design the phase two and phase three additions to provide space for their growing facility. Phase two, completed in 2015, provided office spaces and additional storage space. The 19,600 square foot phase three was completed in 2018. Phase three, designed to provide heightened interest from the neighbouring QEW, created corporate office space and associated warehousing.
