Flight Deck Cafe

Fort Erie, Ontario 

Flight Deck Cafe is an employee lunchroom and cafeteria within the Eurocopter/Airbus Helicopters manufacturing facility. Completed in 2011, the concept was to design a space for both factory and office staff to use in a communal environment. Approximately 1,775 square feet of office space was converted to create the overall atmosphere that enhances employee moral. A special feature of the design includes authentic helicopter blades suspended as a ceiling feature.
