Erie Ave Facade

Niagara Falls, Ontario 

Located in downtown Niagara Falls, RAAI was engaged in 2008 to refresh and improve the facade appearance of 4618 Erie Avenue. Although not a designated heritage building, RAAI was cognizant of its historic value and referenced old photographs of the building during the design phase. The scope of the refresh included all new decorative mouldings and sills, windows, paint finish, a new canopy, doors, and light fixtures.
