Colaneri Winery

Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario

Constructed in 2013, Colaneri Winery was designed in the manner reminiscent of the Italian Piazza. As a themed-winery experience, the design was orchestrated around a semi-circular plan. The facades and imagery are eclectic in nature and are borrowed from personal photographs of the owners’ trip to Italy through various rural villages and towns. Colaneri Winery is truly a rustic character and meant to embrace and exude historic “old world” values and the quality of the ‘sense of place.’
