Raimondo Receives Two Awards at the 2024 OAA Conference in Niagara Falls
May 31, 2024
Last week, our team had a great time at the 2024 Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) Conference in Niagara Falls. We are thrilled to announce we received two Awards for Excellence with MacLennan Jaunkalns Miller Architects (MJMA) for the Neil Campbell Rowing Centre in St. Catharines. The project won a prestigious Design Excellence Award and the Michael V. and Wanda Plachta Award, recognizing outstanding architectural projects in Ontario valued at $8 million or less.
Situated on Henley Island, the center functions as a versatile sports facility, featuring a distinctive "glass house" design that prioritizes sustainability through zero-carbon emissions and net-zero energy standards.
Emilio Raimondo also spoke during a OAA Conference Session with Enbridge, regarding their Savings By Design program.
Congratulations to the exceptional team and all the winners.
