Raimondo Architects Selected to Design New Fire Station No. 1 Replacement in Fonthill

Our team is thrilled to have been awarded the design of the new Fire Station #1 in Pelham. This state-of-the-art building will span approximately 13,000 sq. ft., including a spacious 6,500 sq. ft. truck bay with 5 bays (2 drive-through), designed to house essential apparatus like front-line engines, tankers, and rescue vehicles.

This facility will also serve as a Post Disaster Building and Emergency Operations Center (EOC), ensuring the community is well-equipped and prepared. The new station replaces Fire Station 1, which has served Pelham for 30 years—since its completion in 1982. We are proud to be part of this impactful project, helping to provide the fire department with a much-needed space to serve and protect the community.
