Raimondo + Associates Architects Inc. (RAAI), is an established, medium sized, and dynamic Firm whose office is located in the Beautiful Niagara Peninsula. 

We are currently seeking a Architectural Technologist in the Architectural Discipline or BIM Specialist. 

Successful candidates must have the following skills and experience:

• 10 years’ experience working in an Architectural practice

• Confident, yet friendly communication skills, both written and oral

• Fluent in REVIT and AutoCAD, exhibit strong computer skills and  software knowledge, exhibit knowledge in the OBC

• Skilled in the coordination of design documents and  the production of contract documents

• Ability to work and exhibit a cooperative Team  spirit when working with others and independently

• Work with clients and coordinate with consultant Team

• A Responsible, Accountable, Self-motivated, Reliable, and Enthusiastic individual

• Flexible and responsible to task sensitive project timelines and able to multi-task

• Transportation is essential

Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.
