RAAI is excited to be working with Rankin Construction Team on the redevelopment of the Port Dalhousie Royal Canadian Legion Branch 350!

The proposal is to build an eight-storey, mixed-use building, that will not only house 51 condominium units, but would also include 6,000 square feet of space on the ground for the Royal Canadian Legion. Two condo units will be provided to the Legion as well. A great project that sustains the long standing cultural and social presence of the Legion in Port while providing the needed people stimuli that would embrace the business in the core.

RAAI is excited to be part of the revitalization efforts of Port Dalhousie.
