The new Moderno Urban Townhouse Community in Niagara Falls by Rinaldi Homes is taking shape. Designed by Raimondo + Associates Architects Inc. (RAAI), the sold-out townhouse units have a consistent material palette and subdued but distinct elevation. The development is slated for completion in Spring 2022.
