Mapleview Terrace Condo Under Construction

Mapleview Terrace, a new 33-unit condo residence development in Welland, Ontario is under construction with occupancy expected in Spring 2020. The building is to be built with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) for all exterior walls as well as each suite. This allows for increased energy efficiency, noise transference reduction and greater strength and safety.
