Happy Holidays - 2023 Year in Review

As we prepare for the holidays, we are taking a moment to thank you and share highlights from this past year:

Niagara Biennial Design Awards, along with MJMA we picked up two awards for the Walker Sports and Abilities Centre and the Neil Campbell Rowing Centre. A great way to start 2023.

Completing the new SmiLee Dental Centre and Pelino APC, both projects providing services to the community. The SmiLee Dental relocation and renovation of the old RBC bank downtown Thorold provided a sleek addition to a significant downtown corner. Pelino Athletic Performance Centre in Niagara Falls is a one-of-a-kind facility for Niagara with over 10,000 square feet of cognition care.

Officially Completed Royal Port Condo in Port Dalhousie, thanks to Rankin Construction, this successful project was wrapped up. The architectural design leaves a lasting legacy entwined with the spirit of Port Dalhousie and its cherished history.

Welcomed Mike Holmes to Niagara with Rinaldi Homes, thanks to Rinaldi Homes, Niagara welcomed Mike Holmes for an open house of the Raimondo designed Fonthill Abbey modern townhouse enclave in Pelham.

Winning Canadian & International Awards for Neil Campbell Rowing Centre, winning the International Association for Sports and Leisure Facilities Architecture Award and The Architect’s Newspaper Best of Design Awards. Along with the Canadian Wood Council Award and the Sab Magazine Sustainable Canadian Green Building Awards. The design was also recognized by the Canada Green Building Council and achieved Zero Carbon Design Standard Certification
