Celebrating the Completion of South Port Condominiums

Raimondo + Associates Architects is happy to announce the completion of the 9-storey South Port condo building with Rankin Construction, which houses 72 suites. Our vision for South Port was clear from the outset: to blend the conveniences of modern condominium living with the serene lifestyle that Port Colborne embodies. 

Located in the south Niagara Region, Port Colborne offers residents a tranquil escape. South Port is situated on West St., right in the heart of the commercial district and within walking distance of an array of shops, restaurants, and services. 

The design incorporated high-quality materials, innovative layouts and an abundance of natural light. The building was oriented to front and frame West Street and Adelaide Street, complete with commercial units on the ground floor and urban streetscaping that includes tree planters and concrete sidewalks. 

South Port will enhance the architectural landscape of Port Colborne and contribute to the ongoing growth and revitalization of the area.
