102 unit apartment building coming to Niagara Falls

Raimondo + Associates Architects Inc. (RAAI) is pleased to reveal the design of a new upscale 102 unit apartment building coming to Niagara Falls. The six storey building includes one-bedroom and two-bedroom units as well as 137 surface parking spaces. It will also feature high-quality finishes, energy-efficient appliances, in-suite laundry and many other on-site amenities. Construction is expected to begin in 2021.
